Shipping date
The order could be shipped between 2 and 6 weeks from the register of your payment.
Except for special orders (the price will do depends on the model).
Delays will be confirmed after we have registered the payment of your order.
Shipping delays depend on the fabric used for manufacturing.
Delivery schedule : Items are shipped via French post by colissimo (about 2 to 5 working days) for France.
For other shipment delays are those of the French post.
However, on Bank Holidays or during the strikes of the French post and the other kind of strikes, as well as in cases of major forces, we cannot be held responsible for the delays.
Returns policy
We take the greatest care in the manufacturing and conformity of our goods, oweve if the goods are faulty or due to an error on our part, we will replace the goods under the condition.
- You have to send us an email within 7 days from your reception of the faulty goods and have an acknowledgment of it by us, (in case problems with tne goods, make sure you have received an acknowledgment from our part. ) And retourne the goods within 30 days.
Only in this case, we will change the goods.
No increasing these cases : You did not send us an e-mail to announce us the reception of warrant goods within 7 days by email.
You removed the tags, and defective it yourself also you worn one time.
